Grease
Hello,
I have new pedals and know nothing about grease or mechanics for that matter. But I believe I need to grease the thread before putting new peddles on? Is that right? If so, what sort of grease would I use, and where would I get it from?
Thank you

Had a great ride this morning! Thanks all for waiting at the top of the hills for me.
Dougie, thanks so much for organising it, even if I did want to get off and throw a tantrum on the first hill!
Special mention to DJ Barry for the encouragement and beats.

Gran Fondo Question
I am looking to go in the up coming Gran Fondo in Shoalhaven, late September.
On the site it has timed and untimed rides. If I choose a timed ride does that mean it is a race? Or are these rides like the B2B?
Thanks P.

As Geoff has advised, MRC can't do the 6th. If anyone is interested in watching it with a bunch, ParkBikes are going to be showing it at SOP. They advertised it on FB.
