Re: Clarence St Cyclery Cup 16th Nov - Juniors

I wonder at the wisdom of CNSW and the two comps Scody and Clarence. Scody liberated $35 from our wallet, $15 rider entry, $10 each for Ma + Pa. Clarence another $35. To add insult a CNSW official ejected Ma Kathryn from the infield during the jnr comp for not furnishing a "handler" card. ...

Investigate Carnac Notus............ well made, carbon sole, nifty vents in sole, single buckle with 2 velcro, Notus - deals to be had mostly OS but Torpedo is also worth a look. Sizing is euro but accurate sz41 equates to US7.5-8 Eng7. Extrapolate as and where necessary.

hi noz, Ive been down the road (or perhaps track :) ) that you are embarking on. Ruby is a new junior and I trawled the net for what were the options to begin. yes, I agree, father has trawled the net for small well made light frames, there are few options. My aim was to build a bike for her that fits her build and carefully source componentry to match - give her the best opportunity to gather bike handling skills and to enjoy her new sport.

Re: RUBY THE ROOKIE U/15 JUNIOR

Hi L + C well yes the CA gearchart does appear straightforward if you know the precise diameter of the wheel+tyre you are running, difficult if the bike is still on the drawing board! C mentions the diameter of the most common wheel+tyre is only 667mm that makes a huge difference to the green square...
