Sunday - nuff'in = 0 Monday 3 spin classes + bike commute and a 4th spin class later this evening = 1 I suffered low glycogen symptoms (headache, sick feeling) riding home after the 3rd class, had to take it easy to avoid a bonk. I'm assuming you are referring to Wednesday. It's up to you to determine if conditions warranted the cobblestone conditions and hence the 3rd pointAre there extra points for yesterday if your pave was wet and muddy? Or if Coward St was flooded (again).

Wednesday 1 for commute and spin class. Later I rode my pro-tour down to the shops, using a bit of footpath, which is about a close as I got to cobble stones
