Re: How did the Rapha DHBC team go today? Anyone heard?

'Rapha Gentlemen's Ride' by name and 'Gentlemen's Ride' by nature. What a long, tough, hot day, but made that much better with the company and scenery. Leaving the cafe at 6am, same route as Wednesdays.

Re: SU Velo Racing Sunday 22nd September

Hi Anna, I'm not sure sorry! Not all races let you take out a day license so I don't think it's restricted to one a year. The reason for asking you to take out a day license is for insurance purposes in the (unlikely) event you have an accident. If you think you might race regularly it might be wort...

SU Velo Racing Sunday 22nd September

Hi All, SU Velo racing is on this weekend for Women's Grades A & B. This will be run as a handicap with B grade being sent off first with A grade to follow and then it's all on. However, an experienced cyclist will be with B grade for the duration of the race to offer assistance in race tactics....

Hi All,

Going to cancel this morning. Still some slight drizzle but with the roads as wet as they are descending will be dangerous.

Until next week!

Don't feel guilty James. I finished the Nowra to Sassafras road race and, to this day, dearly wished I hadn't and instead should have packed up and gone home after 2km.

Good article Greg. But I disagree that it should rethink your stance on drugs in sport. Because the 'dumb luck' of genetics can be applied to everything in life and ultimately it comes down to whether or not your find your niche that your genetics respond to. For example, our CEO is an incredibly as...
