These shoes have exactly the same soles... it's only the uppers that differ so stiffness is the same for both. I use a pair of the lace up ones. Roller/Trainer training's starts again this Thursday and regular from this week onwards. All welcome - Venue is the downstairs area where we do our wet nights training.
