Yes they were rather fetching... The bikes, they should have had matching bikes as well. They also had a team car with motivational duff duff music playing loudly to wake up the locals & make them love cyclists even more.

Alas I know no more of them, except they wore black

The riders in black

I've been visiting my father in Childers Queensland (near Bundaburg) for the past week & there was a bike race... It was a 75km hcap, out & back twice with a hill at the start. Here's a photo from the start line, these riders were warming up. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2062/2602579547_4c...

As I have to miss the ride this week, I'd like to suggest we put this off for 1 week. So pick-a-lap day will be 29th June.

Cheers,

Today I was doing my coaching course with Ross of beautiful blue Hillbrick frame fame who did it with us last year & he asked of me the same. Perhaps we should nominate a date soon & make sure it doesn't clash with the gong. Also make sure we organise another southerly to blow us home

I always go the cardboard box which I buy from the airport for $15, they are plenty big enough & I'm usually pushing 23kg to 24kg. The problem with the cardboard boxes is they weigh 4kg on their own before you put anything in them & that's taken 20% of your baggage allowance. I once had a so...

If one does a spin around the likes of Lotus Supermarket in Thailand you'll see a quality of bikes on sale there that makes the standard Huffy we're used to here in Australia look good. Perhaps this is the sort of bikes they're planning on selling - http://www.brightcove.tv/title.jsp?title=130958554...
