OK, should these groups be called the White, Red and Black Groups, or more originally, Sunday Slowies, Sunday Middies and Sunday Fasties??

When we rode past another large bunch on Sun, someone in the other bunch called us "Red Devils". I wonder if we can think of something along a similar line?

eg. Red Leprechauns, Red Gremlins, Red Devils.

Sunday Fasties is too close to Sunday Fatties for my liking...

Then again, I like the idea of the Sunday Middies, maybe we can be the

Sunday Middies
Sunday Schooners
Sunday Pints

Or maybe I'm just being silly...

I prefer the slow, mid, fast option as it makes sense to any new kids on the block.

It may not be politically correct to label them as such as it's elitism and may hurt some people's pride and feeling.

If you want to go down the path of the "Red Devils", maybe we can have the

Red Imps
Red ....
Red Devils

Can anyone think of a mid level Demon?

Incubus/Succubus

These fiends are among the best of Hell's agents. Their ability to corrupt is immense. With the acting ability of formidable range and strength, they are the most friendly and seemingly harmless of demons. Capable of performing as a companion and assistant in everything from sex to magical research to simply a friend, these creatures are the most insidious tempters of Hell. A succubus IS capable of generosity, caring, and even friendship, but all these take a back seat to themselves and the desires of their masters. Some of the greatest thinkers and philosophers of Hell, the succubi are hard to trick and near impossible to fool. And while not as directly potent as a Fiend of the Pit, succubi are no slouches in the physical combat department. Direct combat is often seen as a failure among most succubi and they avoid it at almost all costs, better to surrender and offer themselves and their services to the assailant. There are few creatures in all the Omniverse capable of turning down such an offer, and that's just what the succubi had in mind.

sound like the middies!

Red Imps
Red Incubus/Succubus
Red Devils

My electronic dictionary's definitions are as follow,

Incubus: a male demon believed to have sexual intercourse with sleeping women.

Succubus: a female demon believed to have sexual intercourse with sleeping men.

I think that if you go down the Incubus/Succubus path, they will simply get known as the Red F*&ckers...

Well, that settles it. We now have the official (or unofficial as the case may be) names for all three groups.

I could point out that it will feel pretty odd to be a 190cm, 100kg, 40 year-old Imp. But seeing as I am late to this thread, I'll let it go straight away!

i think the slowies, middies, fasties, make the most sense easy to remember and determine which group your meant to be in.

How about Fast, Faster and Fastest. That way we are all fast no matter how slow!

Implying the slow group is fast - might defeat the whole purpose for new riders. How about the below names and rankings:

1) Cruisers - For new riders - No drop ride - Ave 27 - 29km/hr
2) Pacers - For more experienced riders who want to improve their pace - 29 - 30+km/hr
3) Speeders - OR
3) Top Gear - Every man for himself - no speed limit

No - just thought the name was fitting. I also dont mind the shorter version of the names:

1) Cruise
2) Pace
3) Speed
