Lock ring for Shimano 10/11 speed cassette with 11 tooth cog

I've stripped the thread:(
Does anyone have one spare?
I'm using one for a 12 tooth, but it is a bit too big.

Hey Paul,

To tell you the truth, I did the same thing. I was running 11-speed on a 10-speed hub, and I stripped the threads. I just converted the cassette to 10-speed removing one of the middle cogs. It works just as good.

You might want to check out the Bikeclub in Redfern.

They're open Monday and Wednesday nights.

I should have an old spare - if not I have a spare cassette (still in the box!) that would have one. Let me know if you want it.

I've done the same thing to Trouty's 11 speed shimano cassette lockring. Do I just count the teeth to know if it's 11 or 12 tooth? Seems it's 12 to me. I can buy a replacement for $9.

Yes, you count the teeth.

And you have to count them several times because you get it wrong the first or second time. :-)
