To all the ladies in the club,

Have you ever considered riding on the velodrome? Or riding just a little more than Saturday Slowies? Or making that step to ride Waterfall on Sundays? Well Wednesday Roller Training is for you!

Do not let age or perceived fitness/ ability stand in your way!

Training will be on Wednesdays from 7 - 8pm, rain, hail or shine. Starting this Wednesday, October 3.

The finer details:
1. Bring your bike if you have a racer style one. Ask away if you're not sure. If not there should be a club bike you can use.
2. Cycling shoes (or runners and cages)
3. Towel
4. Water bottle

Contact me if you have any questions.

Looking forward to seeing you there :)

Cheers,
Jessica

I'll be there!

But I'll likely be up on the track training with Lizanne and Ash. Might do my warm up downstairs...

Hi Ladies,
A spectacular turn out for the first session of 7 riders and 2 groupies.
It was fantastic to see everyone putting in a great effort. Looking forward to seeing more of you there next week. Oh, and to the groupies, bring your bikes!
See you next Wednesday!

Hi Ladies,
Another brilliant turn-out!
A big thanks to Dayna for providing the timing and tunes to-boot.
Just a note that from next Wednesday we will need to pay $2 for the use of the room.
I hope to see you all on Saturday. 3pm!!

Hi Ladies,
We had a quiet week this Wednesday. Hoping to see you all again next week. Dayna, bring your tunes too!

**I am concerned that the lack of attendance is in direct correlation to the USADA's stripping of Lance Armstrong's titles and therefore putting the sport of cycling into disrepute.**

Putting doping aside, roller training will be back on next Wednesday - see you there!

Haha,
I couldn't give a rat's arse about some dodgy triathlete. I am very motivated but still recovering from mystery illness so sometimes too exhausted after work to do anything else. Be there on sat for sure.

I'm sorry I can't get to roller training tonight Jess. I have to spend the evening bubble-wrapping and boxing my bicycle, so that it can go on a plane on Friday.

Hope some others can make it!
Pia
