As I'm too lazy to race the Goulburn Track Open tomorrow, I am planning to do this ride instead. Anyone keen to come along? I was thinking about leaving from the Maccas on Victoria Road in Five Dock (cnr Lyons Road) at around 6:45am.

Here's the route:

It's only about 90km, but there's a lot of climbing.

Sounds good, what time do you think we'll get back?

The informal Renegade A group led by our fellow DHBCer JamesC will also be rolling the 3 gorges on Sat. They start at Lane Cove shops at 6:30a sharp and if you want safety in numbers and few more fellow riders to challenge you along the way, that might be an option.

Im in if the weather holds. Will be good to see how I go compared to the first time I rode it last year. I'll ride straight over to Victoria Road.

Hopefully my legs will feel good tomorrow, killed my legs with stair running this week!

It's a conservative estimate...We'll be regrouping at the top of the climbs as well.

I think that's quite conservative. I know that the JamesC et al from Renegade usually gets back around 10-10:30 out of Lane Cove for that ride. It shouldn't take you guys to midday even if you stopped for a cuppa along the way.

Anyway, have fun!
