Waterfall 28's accident
Just to let you know that the person (Noel) who crashed yesterday contacted me and had been treated, no serious injuries were detected, just loss of skin and sore shoulder. It was a real shock to us, he was so lucky he was firstly on the back so it didn't create the pile up affect, and most fortunate there wasn't a car doing 100 kms in the next lane, that thought just sends shivers down my back.

My apologies for riding straight past, I should of realised that it was more than just a puncture, too many hanging around. Take it easy Noel
Hi Guys,
Update: Confirmed fractured scapula. Otherwise a bit of road rash which i've spent the week re-dressing to keep clean. Good news is there is no involvement of the shoulder joint so should be a full recovery once the bone heals.
Will find out tomorrow re: treatment for fracture but i'd bet it will be conservative treatment.
Anyway, who else saw that lump of tar before i caught some air off it?

Hi Noel, please see Andrew's email following;
Hey Noel.
Sorry to hear about your accident and hope your recovering well and will be back on the bike soon. After reading of your plight I went out today with my pick and removed the culprit so nobody else will suffer the same fate as you. I'm just sorry I didn't do it sooner as i know it's been there for a while.
Heal well.
