ok, totally not sure now :S i was trying to be back in time for dragon boating, but now have an offer of the 5 gorges, so i may choose it over both :S i need some training :S

Lizanne it will be pretty quick, but you should be able to hang on to Sutherland!

i've done c28's a few time on my fixie and it's been easy. i just don't know how my new road bike will go in a group. i've never been in a group with a bike that has gears. so i'll see how i go

The 6am start work well.... not too early, not too late. The traffic wasn't too bad on the return run. I'm keen to keep it up as Sunday's are tricky for me. Sorry we missed you Geoff!
