Hi, I hope this is the right place to propose a nominated Sat Slowies where Novelty bikes (ie not your regular Sat Slowies bike) gets let out to enjoy some sunshine and fresh air.
Examples foldies, bmx, tagalongs, minivelos, recumbents, trikes? maybe even ebikes (switched off?) Variety is the spice of life !

caveat : there's that pinch point and tandems will probably not make it. Not sure about the larger cargo bikes as well. Unless we want to plot an alternative route to CP.

Any interest or does this contravene some UCI /CA/CNSW directive ?

I had a look for alternative route to CP forgoing Zambia St --> the chicanes of Edmund Resch Reserve.

Heading as per normal from Redfern St, right to Young St, if we take the first left to Telopea St instead, until left on Bourke St and 2nd Right to Charles will bring group to the traffic crossing of S Dowling St/E.D.

This would allow for tandems/cargo bikes.

If there is interest... proposed date : 14th Nov ?

Righto, Chery and I will bring the tandem. Be afraid......

I can lend a 1939 Malvern Star roadster to any masochist out there.

5 potential yeses!
That's quorum in the Internet world, right?

If so, can tomorrow's Ride Leader please mention it before the start of the SatSlowies ride and perhaps at the 8am CP gathering too?
