Hello everyone! As Secretary of the club I often get contacted by people wanting to promote various things. I normally gently turn them down, but last week sports photographer Mark Gunter wrote a very nice email inviting us to the opening of his exhibition on the 2011 TdF, and that did seem worthy of attention. So here we go:
After photographing cycling for many years, Australian photographer Mark Gunter, finally decided to venture to the Tour de France. And what a year it was to go!
Cadel Evans became the first Australian to win the Tour de France. Along with the ever increasing number of Aussie fans who made the journey to France, last July Mark witnessed history in the making.
Join in as we continue to celebrate Cadel Evans and the Tour de France with an evening showcasing Mark Gunter’s unique perspective from behind the lens, on large high quality prints.
