That's the winning strategy. I'm talking the non-winning strategy

Yeah, the problem is that winning this competition is actually losing....

+1 on the Fixie Century for me. I noticed that no-one came to sit next to the three of us on the train. Probably afraid of catching puncture-itis.

+ 1

Happened at the worst possible time, when I was traveling between gyms. Always been a tight leg. Had to seriously gun it but made it on time

Got one early on on the way to Waterfall the other week, and helped fix a flat back at the cafe. I won't include standing around making unhelpful comments last week as an assist.

The rear went flat just as I arrived at the gym, so I went to fix it after the class, only to find that I had forgotten my tubes patches and spanner. So I decided to ride the 5k home, along the footpath. The tube was damaged near the valve stem, but I couldn't be 100% sure that was the root cause, as I had ridden 5k on it. As a precaution I added 2 layers of electrical insulation tape across the valve hole and punched thru it.

So that's
1.0 Repair own flat tyre, ie change the tube
-1.0 Get a flat while not having a pump or spare tube. Not applicable at the velodrome
which = 0
