Part of Bicycle NSW's the response to the Epping Road/NRMA debate has been to issue a survey for cyclists and motorists. Its really aimed at breaking down the either/or mentality the sees you as either on or the other.

It takes about 2 minutes to complete, so please do it and let other know.

Done. It really was very short and to the point.

Thanks. I think the ethos of the survey was to demonstrate that most cyclist are drivers too! its not an either/or issue.

I did the survey just when it came out and Bicycle NSW has to be congratulated to be the first one to keep its asking promise.

The survey itself left me with a little bit of unease: If they use the probable and quite banale result - that most cyclists are motorists - to their advantage, then I feel cheated. This is, in my opinion, a prevalent trap and one that I hate, because, if the study of history has thought me one thing it is that to profit from a wrong is the beginning and a sign  of rot.
