Where was everyone this morning?

Slowies turned out to be very nice. Ted, Camilla, myself and a new guy from Ireland (Kelwin?) all managed to get out just after the rain had stopped.
It stopped raining after 6:15am and we had a perfect cool and overcast morning of riding around centennial park and back to Marrickville for the usual cafe stop.

Where were you guys? Centennial Park was dry and the place was drenched in sunshine after 8am. It was a tad windy but otherwise a perfectly fine day. I rode around but never found any of you guys.

We were there from 7 to 8am. Camilla and Ted rode together and I was riding with the new guy. Shame we missed you. It certainly was a nice morning (minus the wind)

I was keeping an eye out for those in red... I guess you were wearing your retro woolen jersey.

As for the wind, just consider it to be increased resistance training. Make you feel much better.

New guy's name is Deklan. I think Ted was the only one in club colours this week but he had a yellow rain jacket over the top, which, as it turned out, was superfluous. A glorious morning indeed!

We pulled the pin on our planned Waterfall ride @ 05:30 as it was bucketing down - went back to sleep and didn't wake up till 08:00 when it was fine but too late! Glad to hear some people were keen to brave the rain and the wind.

The wind was okay, the rain was rubbish!
