If you are keen to improve your bike performance and prevent injury the Retul professional bike fit can help you achieve that goal!

Retul bikefit is a precise way to measure your bike performance using 3D motion analysis. The output allows for adjustments to improve both power and efficiency.

Daniel Bain from Onebody Health & Fitness (triathlon coach) is a certified Retul bike fitter, one of the few in Australia and will be offering bikefits at Strive Physiotherapy on Saturday 13th October.

The process will involve a biomechanical bike assessment, followed by the Retul bike fit assessment, including adjustments. The whole process takes around 2.5 hours. Cost is $350.

You will be amazed at the difference it makes to your bike performance and comfort!
