I find that whole field of training by power fascinating. And obviously Alex is a well known local expert on the subject.
Damian: Actually the graphs are very interesting if you study them. It's slam bang physiology research but short of electrically twitching those toad quadriceps.
The dying 20mins.Very interesting, I saw the last 20 minutes of his attempt, good to read an explination of what happened.
What was the environmental condition like? Was it a humid and hot day? I'd think that for a record attempt, milder weather months would have been preferable than Jan.
