Hello Jdubs
It is mandatory to wear club kit according to the technical regulations published by Cycling NSW and Cycling Australia. Whether it is a skinsuit or jersey is up to you. If you want a skinsuit, however, you will have to order one.
You can buy a jersey from GlowWorm Cycles in Addison Road Marrickville. $100 cash only.

Last year one of our cyclists (Josh Lester) wore an all black skinsuit. You may get away with it, however check first.

ITT results up http://www.cycling.org.au/?ID=51577
M5 - Mike - 19th out of 19 starters - 0:43:09.41 average speed 31.28kph
M4 - Thomas - 15th out of 22 starters - 0:34:15.07 average speed 39.41kph
M3 - Joshua - DNS
M1 - Jonathan - 15th out of 15 starters - 0:48:27.48 average speed 27.86kph
I had the wrong start time in my head and missed my start slot I asked if could be slotted in at the back but no, so they started me inbetween 2 competitors, with my timing starting from my actual start time. 8k out I caught the guy who started 1 1/2 minutes before me and I was thinking that I might beat him on the timing sheets, but despite all the minutes I gained on him, he still bet me by 2 minutes. Overtook 2 riders and 2 riders overtook me.
Thomas had a ripper of a day, shaving something like 1.5 minutes of his NSW time. He told me afterwards of his tapering plan and it has paid off. Well done Thomas.
Don't know what happened to Jonathan, you can see from the results that something went pear shaped for him too.
Interesting that the fastest time of the day came from an M5 rider. Can't explain that

I can only just say bad prep to sum up everything. I knew I wasn't in the best shape, but I think the major factor is I was missing tugs/stoppers on my horizontal drop-out. It resulted in the rear wheel rubbing for most of the way.
Well done Thomas.
Results are up for the other two events:
Crit race - http://www.cycling.org.au/?ID=51578
Road race - http://www.cycling.org.au/?ID=51579
It looks like that there two major breakaways in the road race Mike? How early did that happen?

What's the problem with the saddle?
What's the problem with the saddle?
Nothing's wrong with the saddle, just something wrong with me. Just the saddle isn't meant for TT's but meant for tri's. The more painful it is the more forward you sit on it.
Hmmm, doesn't say too much about it. Might contact Chris Greaves about it, I will see if I'm free for the Nov one, not too sure if it's possible at this stage, and I know the Dec, Jan, Feb will be just too damn hot then.
