I found a picture of DHBC rider A. T. Kenny from the 1930s in the NSW State Library online archives.
It's interesting because I believe it indicates the original club jersey design: red body with beige neck and sleeve tabs.
My challenge is for anyone to find any older DHBC images or references.
You could start by searching "bicycle" in the same archive. Lot's of great shots over 26 pages. Lookout for the highlights such as Oppy's 24 hour record, and the sheds jam packed with hundreds of workers' hanging bikes like a car park at BHP Steel.
Anyone who finds a 1908 DHBC reference gets bonus points!

I'm pretty sure there is a photo of the club executive just after its formation. I'll see if I can dig it out.
Marrickville Council has some shots, too.

Interesting find Simon, there's a couple of shots up there. Was Marrickville Cycling club combined into Dulwich Hill?
Here's a shot from Marrickville Cycling Club in 1914, on a picnic.

My understanding is that there were, in times past, individual clubs in Marrickville and Newtown, plus Dulwich Hill. The other two have folded ovef the years. I know that Lionel Cox, for example, rode for Marrickville before being selected for the Helsinki Olympics.
I did a slideshow about this last year that was shown at the centenary dinner. Weirdly, I cannot find it on my computer today (and I don't have time to look for ages). But Lindsay et al probably have a copy lurking around somewhere...
