Gina Ricardo from SU Velo participated in something like this. She is yet to make waves on the women's NRS scene but she is always mixing it up with the front bunch at NRS races. She does have the advantage of being a uni student though.
Tessa Fabry also attended who I follow on Strava. She made it through and is now on an NRS team and with the Victorian Institute of Sport. I can't quite remember if it was this camp I was reading about where they did a ride without knowing the end point. Most assumed it was at the top of Thredbo as this was a logical end point after 150km only to find it was another 4km down the road - just to mess with their mind!
As it's only been running a couple of years possibly too early to say none of the women have 'made it' yet given how young most are when they go through the camp. But I think it's safe to assume there are some pretty quick women who come out of there.

In the comments (worth reading) from Jessi Braverman who's a Mod and contributor to Ella is response to a post asking if AIS had found "the one" yet;
"I guess it depends on how you define "the one" - Gracie Elvin came out of this camp as did Katrin Garfoot, Chloe McConville and Bec Wiasak (just off the top of my head). Edit to add: Loren Rowney and Rachel Neylan (both 2011)."

Suggested in the comments is that it could make a great reality show.
Could be a way of funding woman's sport....
