06:00 at the square. West Head, 125k's via my preferred route (no Akuna Bay). Back by about 13:00. I'm riding regardless of whether I get any starters but its off if it's raining.

Route via SHB / Military Rd / Spit Bridge / Wakehurst Parkway / Forest Way / Macarrs Ck Rd / West Head / Church Point (Coffee & water) / Narrabeen Lakes / Wakehurst Parkway / Spit Bridge / SHB.

Bring two bottles, 2 tubes, food and money for coffee. This is not a no drop ride, pace suited to Waterfall C28's riders but we'll we wait at the top of the climbs (if you're lots faster than me, expect to wait at the top of the climbs for a while )

Hey Stuart, out very late Saturday night this week so Sunday ride is out. Saturday, im Going to M5 - M7 - M5 (kingsgrove to kingsgrove ) if for some reason the weather isnt good for you on your ride.
