I'm intending to do a ride, either of the above suit me.

I'll be leaving at 6.30am. I really need my sleep!

I'm also only up for Waterfall return as I'm slowly building my fitness back up after many weeks of no riding.

Saw the rain and went back to bed. It's clearing now from the north and I'm thinking of going for a short spin. Anyone want to go, then call me on 0401 994 538

Me too! Congrats to the brave souls who headed out. I'd off to centennial right now.

Sorry about missing your call.

Went to yoga instead, rode the beast over there. Got a flat and a broken chain on the way over.

Broken chain? - you are just too strong.....better go easy on that gym work!

Yeh, that's the second 7 speed chain I've broken, I broke the first on in 2004.

The beast is out of action until I get another chain as the gearing is to limited for my liking for the hills going to work.
