M7 Ride, BBQ & Swim at Frank's Place

Hi Everyone,

Kiwi Frankie has kindly offered a M7 bike path ride, BBQ & swim at his place this Sunday. Frank lives close to the M7 path so he figures it'll be a good place to start, then return to his place for a BBQ & swim.
