Annual General Meeting

The DHBC Committee would like to invite all members and friends of the Club to join us for the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club Inc

Thursday 26^th April, 2012 at Canterbury Velodrome (Bayview Street, Tempe) at 8.00pm

I would like to take this opportunity to ask anyone who is considering nominating for a position on the Committee, to please do so via email to the Secretary Camilla Norman

The Committee has spent the last year reviewing our governance including drafting a new constitution.  The old one dated back 25 years and desperately needed updating. We will put the new constitution to members for adoption and it’s important that members have a view on how your club is governed.

At the close of the AGM, we will have an open session for members to provide any feedback to the incoming committee and to tell us more about what you would like from the club, and indeed what you are able to give back. 

The committee has the power to co-opt people into a range of roles that support the operation of the club.  These include:  webmaster, communications officer, juniors officer, women’s officer and potential member secretary and assistant treasurer.  If any member would be prepared to assist the club with these roles, please email the secretary with an expression of interest to the Secretary Camilla Norman
