Someone can correct me but I thought Swisstop Green was for aluminium and Yellow for carbon? I've used both and the Green on my Pacenti's has been excellent. Yes, doable on a roadbike.
Bumpy and there were about 3 (probably pinch) flats the last time round. (from Audley south towards Lady Wakehurst Drive)

I would contact them and provide all the evidence , dates of ordering, dates of sending it back and ask them where is the refund and when are they sending out the correct item. Or, if you no longer need the crank, for a full refund + postage fees.

it depends what you are trying to achieve. C28s gives a pretty decent heart and calorie workout (and clockwork return for coffee) with less impact on the joints compared to a RNP visit at C28 pace. That's pretty upsetting.
I've taken my 13 yo for a ride on the C25s before, and wouldn't like to come across a malicious, criminal driver intent on using a 1000kg+ weapon to intimidate and possibly injure other road users and getting away scot-free.
