The furthest I ever ride my unicycle was probably 5 km's if that.
At the end of that I needed a Nanna Nap.
Riding a unicycle is hard work along the flat, harder up hill and harder still on the down hill.
I just can't conceive how hard this would be.

If you want to extend slightly there are coffee options at the southern end of Cronulla beach.
Far enough from MRC that you can justify another coffee at the finish.

Once again I am agreeing with Christian. Andrew M has summed it up nicely.

I think Christian has hit the nail on the head. We don't need more bunches, we just need to even out the numbers across the bunches we have.
If you you are in the first 4 or 6 of your bunch into waterfall only to find there is hardly anyone on your wheel then it is time to move up!

- they smooth out the little bumps and vibrations
- bike feels like its on rails going round corners
- can ride no hands at a 25% lower speed

Honeysuckle creek, no wonder it hurt. The graph on strava shows numerous points on the climb where the gradient is over 20% and a few over 25%. Think I need to swap the front sprocket with the back one.
