Re: Tour of Canberra 2011 29th April - 1st May

I knew there must be someone i'd forgotten. There's only 2 beds in each room, so no spare room. I just checked and Peter O'Sullivan and Simon Berry have entered as well, so you could probably share with them if they haven't sorted out accommodation yet.

HERE is where we're staying.

I believe the returning of the "tube" must be determined by the person who lent it. So, if you're happy to have your tubes returned in the form of iced coffees, then it's returned.

Re: Protein Powder

I use maltodextrin to make a cheap electrolyte drink. It's basically a complex carb.

Mixture for 2L (you can vary the sugar contents to suit your taste)
70g Maltodextrin
70g White Sugar
1/4 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp diet salt
3/4 tsp citric acid

2. mikesbytes
3. timyone
4. christian
5. T-Bone (plus 4.5kg maltodextrin)

Re: Garmin Edge 500 - slow to find satelites?

I think i've got a similar problem. It doesn't take excessively long to find satelites, probably too long, but it has been dropping out a bit on occasions (speed to 0km/h). I'm guessing clearing the satelite cache will hopefully help, or at least remove any picked up in grafton, victoria, tassie, th...

Isn't this the stuff that shrinks your testicles to the size of raisins? Very different to that stuff. We're not talking steroids here. It's been a few years, so i can't remember the exact details, but protein powder basically provides the body with amino acids which are required to build and/or re...

That one doesn't include a bottom bracket (most won't). 170mm is crank length, measured as you've described. For the creaky cranks, what you need to do is remove the cranks and bottom bracket, clean and lightly grease all the threads, and reassemble (probably pedals too). I'm not sure if a bike shop...

Probably lack of sleep, keeping up with uni work, rain, 1 midweek uni pub crawl(no beer).
