Thanks to Simon S I have a steel frame I plan to make into a single speed.

Just wanted some advice on forks (material and brands), cheapish wheels and cranks. I'll be paying somebody to put the headset and forks in but was planning on doing the rest myself.

Thanks DHBC brains trust.

Thanks to an Transport NSW bus, I have a busted steel single speed frame.

I now have some spare parts that are excess to requirements. I was planning on hanging onto them but the Minister has ordered them gone.

Interested?

Yep sure would be. What have you got?

Tiagra brakes, Cane Creek TT brake levers, narrow bullhorn bars (may be bent), rear wheel (brand unknown) with flip-flop hub and sprockets (16T).
There's also a Truvativ ISIS crankset if Marc doesn't what it, but you'll have to extract it from the frame. A worn chain ring is also there but it's not much good. A seat post is also available but again, you'll have to get it out of the frame.

Given Transport NSW has already paid for the items listed, they're just clutter in my garage. Yours for the cost of a trip to Brighton-Le-Sands.
Unless you want the new, unopened items I have but haven't told you about yet (ie. a single speed chain and sprocket). But they're going pretty cheap (<$20)
