Tim, Anthony and myself will be heading out from Five Dock Maccas (Cnr. Victoria Road and Lyons Road) at 7:00am if anybody is keen to join us.

We'll probably be aiming for a 'fast middies' pace and we'll re-group at the top of the hills.

Here's the route,

We'll be going anti-clockwise, Galston Gorge first, then Berowra Ferry, Bobbin Head, Akuna Bay and The Spit.

I may come. I severely lack fitness though and am attending BDO tomorrow, so we'll see how I feel. The stories I've read of how well you 3 are riding I don't know if you could put up with me bringing down the tone of the group.

Sounds like fun! I wish I could join in on the torture but I have too many things to do on Saturday. Be careful, it's going to be a scorcher. You might want to consider an earlier start.

Torture? we have to ride up some hills, watching John and probably peter and anthony ride off into the distance, but besides that it should be more like one of those 80's movies where a bunch of kids head off into the woods on summer holidays, running along train tracks, and poking dead bodies with sticks!@

Cool, will be good to be involved in your rehab back to that rider that seems to only have an on and off switch that just seems to keep dropping me?!

Have fun - wish I had the fitness & speed to join in. As Vic said - it's forecast to be 40+ on Sat so I'd get a really early start

Ok, 6:30 it is...we can probably stop for lunch during the hottest part of the day if we're seriously stuffed.
