Al , Ron, Frank and I are going to the tennis centre this Sunday.

We need some backup against the Waratahs.

I know Stuart and Jo are interested.

Anyboby else interested.

If anybody needs a lift to the track please let me know.

We have to be there at 7.30am.

You have to be in it to win it.

Yeah we could be starters but we'll be riding out there leaving at about 6:20 from our place - that way you get warmed up before you get there.

Report on race

Al was in F grade and did all the work at the front and was in first place until the last 50metres when he was overtaken by three riders and he came in fourth.

The only problem is that there were only four in the race.

Frank and Ron were in E grade and were doing turns at the front but on the run to the finish line they came in fourth and seventh respectively.

I was in D grade with Nick B but with three minute to the start i had stomach pains and was on the toilet.
My energy levels were down as a could not eat. My race was over before the start. Some how I managed to get to the start line with 10 seconds to go still farting I propelled myself up to fourth place after the first lap but on the second lap a few riders attacked and I drifted to the back and out of the race.

Some days it is better sleeping in.
