Its hard to pick out a local rider in this star studded race consisting of 16 Tour De France riders and many more pro team participants.

Some great shots of Matt White taking out the title in his last race of his career and the last race for Discovery Channel. Great shot of Allan Davis pulling him along ahead of the breakaway with 2 laps to go, to set up the victory for his team mate.

This is a great spectators race. Only 30 minute drive or 1 hour ride there, with good parking in the suburbs a block or so away. Plenty of room to watch from any vantage point, including the finish line. Don't forget the women's race before hand with all the top competitors putting on a good show.
