Yeah, I skipped the ride home yesterday. Doesn't look so bad at the moment tho'. Depends where you are/going to.

Personally I don't feel anything, but friends and colleagues who are obviously more sensitive than I am say the air quality effects them.
Didn't ride today.

It's the PM2.5 that you've really got to be careful of. Very small and hard for the body to get rid of without absorbing. This is what makes diesel particulates cancerous.

I have retired to the gym and taken up spin classes.
This strategy is only partly working. This morning some young woman, worried about personal hygiene decided to spray herself liberally with underarm deodorant at the end of the class. Got a lungful. Thanks darlin'!!

It was a lungful of air freshener which gave me asthma at the age of 41
