I was wondering if it was fake, but considering the value of the bike that went down the road, its probably real.

Good to see he's got the priority right.

In 2002 I was taken out by a dog on the Hawthorne Pde bike path. A guy raced over while I was still on the ground, went straight past me, picked up my bike and told me that it wasn't damaged.

Meh. "The Worst Cycling Crashes & Falls Ever!" - that's one hell of an overstatement. Every crash in that video happened in the last few years. Most were taken from the Tour de France highlights of the last few years, and most weren't serious or spectacular in any way. When I saw the title, I expected to at least see at least one of Djamolodine Abdoujaparov's crashes, as well as the most horrific crash I've witnessed - the death of Fabio Casartelli. That video just showed a few people skidding along wet roads, most of whom do not even touch another cyclist.

I don't care what you say, but the worst I've seen is this.

Yep. That one crossed my mind, but I posted a reply in the same vain as the video's contents. I.e. pro cycling crashes in competition, with a focus on TDF. There are lots of others. What about Amy Gillett? Including a car is always going to be horrific, but arguably not relevent as a reply to that video.

ive been in a race where a car has gone through the middle of the bunch,i think it was 95 out at oakville,it would have to be one of the scariest moments i have ever had on the bike.i pretty much stopped riding after that and probably one of the reasons i dont like road racing

Scary pic from the US Weiyun. I wonder when it happened and why? It looks to be a head on. Frankly even if you were in a car you'd still be toast in that kind of scenario.

It was a race in Mexico last year, google and you will find it. From memory it was a drunk driver that fell asleep at the wheel or something.
