If anyone is interested ... this is related to a product launch for Giant

Hi guys,

I wanted to let you know some breaking news - since we're flying a number of the Drapac pro cycling team up for the launch, we thought we'd hold what we think is Sydney's first Flash Ride - an we wanted to invite you along! The idea is to see how many people we can get on a spontaneous ride with a pro team - leaving the store @ 6:30am on Thursday morning (the morning after the launch). We'll be back by 8 for coffee and work - and you can spend the day knowing you rode with some of Australia's most talented cyclists. Help us spread the word if you can - and see you tomorrow night!

The details are:
Arrive 6:15am for a 6:30am leave from MC Cyclery + Giant, 230 Clarence St. Sydney.
Back to MC Cyclery + Giant for coffee at Klink (281 Clarence St.).

Regards,

Nick Bonich

And there I was going to put this in the road section - me thinks this would be a little bit fast for the likes of me.

Wondering what this will be like... Not real keen on riding in a bunch of cyclists that don't really know how to ride, if you know what I mean? I appear to be more cautious of crashing on the road since the purchase of a carbon road bike that I love...

I went on another flash ride with Phil Anderson last year. It was quite sedate but was in Centennial Park.

I don't think it'll be anything fast and furious. I'm going to go.

I can't see it being too fast, but I can see it being wet and therefore not attended by myself.

I don't think it could be all that fast... I ride to work at that time in the city and the buses are already starting to bank up...
