Tired of the weak, girly arms you have developed since becoming a cyclist? Do your biceps look like match sticks while you struggle to get jeans over your quads?

Fear no more! Aimee and I are offering a FREE upper body strength training session on Sunday for one or two willing participants. Impress the girls with your rippling abs and towering shoulders. Display your chest on the bike with pride! Stop being so damn obsessed with your power to weight ratio and start looking buff!!

In addition to this strength session, we are also offering an opportunity for you to use your tactical problem solving skills. Engage your brain while we tackle such puzzles as "How will we get this wardrobe down this tiny inner west staircase?" and "Where can we park this large van in such a narrow street?". That's right, we have stuff to move and we need your help!

In all seriousness, there is only a couple of items that we need some muscles for so I figured I'd put the call out to the DHBC muscle bound massive and see if anyone around the Petersham area could spare an hour or so to do some flexin'.

:)

Sorry Tim, you already dropped Aimee's fridge a few times on the last house moving adventure so you're out. You're welcome to come watch though :P

We could turn this into a competition somehow... Like who can pack all of Victoria's crap into boxes the quickest perhaps? I'm sure it will be heaps of fun........
