Dulwich Hill Bicycle Club

Just tried to renewal on CA's web site and it said "Your club does not allow online renewal and you do not owe for any billing at this time". Is there something amiss?

I just renewed without any bother Weiyun.

Firstly, Cycling Australia's membership piece of the website is, IMHO, very poorly designed but I eventually found the renewal link - surely it should be front and centre. https://memberdesq.imgstg.com/index.cfm ... OrgID=4912

Attempting to renew, it rejected my username & password. Asked to get password sent to me. Instead, it resets username & password to gibberish. Login. Immediately change username & password to something meaningful but can't reuse old username or my membership number as both are 'already in use' . It logs me out after details update. Attempt to log back in. Won't accept new username / password combo. Give up in frustration and write email to CA asking them to sort it out. This 'service' is provided by a 3rd party who specialises in membership management and apparently has the AFL as a client. It's seriously not good enough.

Thanks guys. I finally got it worked out last night. Similar experience as Stuart and had to go through a completely new user ID and password routine. Not impressed that we weren't informed of this change whilst I persevered with my past ID/PW combo and got all confused as to the source of problem. Started to think that I landed on a bogus web site and investigated accordingly.

I just called them a few weeks ago gave my details

and got my new card a week later

OK. It's fixed (not that they responded to my email or anything). I've renewed and managed to change my username etc and it all worked.

Ooh, thanks for the reminder. Time to decide which club to join *sob*

I didn't see a field to enter the affiliated club on the member details.
How does the club get it's $s?

I think it just knows who you are Stretch. I got a message saying you'd renewed. Only newbies need select a club.

Strange... According to the website, I did successfully renew my membership. Yet no card and no thank you email from Camilla. Camilla, I don't suppose you've been notified?

I renewed in late December and received my card last week. They must have a lot to process with everyone renewing. Camilla didn't send me an email though.
