With the help of Belinda (helmet cam rider) & Tim L (random photos) & our Saturday bunch (for beautiful riding & dressing neat) I've made a video promoting our Saturday Slowies.

Watched it full screen and liked every bit of it. Proud work Lindsay! Might need a crowd controller very soon.
The opening scene struck a cord. I guess the pavement there can be considered part of Mazza's private property and thus ok to be ridden on. And after all it showed clearly that you slowies were considerate enough not to burn the tires right there.

Nice stuff. Great potential as a new wave cinematographer!
Well done Lindsay.
I'm very impressed at what DHBC does to promote all facets of cycling from grassroots to higher level stuff.
Will there be a Satuday Slowies this Saturday 29/12?
The 1951 Hobbs of Barbican might want a gentle paced run if the weather is ok. [/b]

Thanks guys for all the positive comments. The music comes from the podsafe music site, I just listen to them until I find something that fits.
Peter - Did you see the fixedgear site today, there's a Hobbs bike on it -

We will be riding on 29/12.
Cheers,
Lindsay

Good Video Lindsay.
Do you want me to have a go at removing some of the shaking? If so, I'll get some sample footage off you and have a go at it.

Lindsay, Nice HoB on the FGG site. Mine is very similar, but I have the lugless fillet brazed bespoke frame in a nice green with gold accents. Tubing is Reynolds 531 db of course. Mine is currently seat up as a fixie, with a mix of period parts (Airlite, Chater Lea) and a few more modern parts for reliability or awaiting sourcing of more period parts.
Weather is looking good, so as long as I can get out of bed on time, I'll be there. I'll grab my Tempetation certificate off you as well if you are able to bring it along.
Also, is there 'safe' and legal parking near Mick Mazza's?
See you tomorrow.

Lindsay and Belinda
Great job. I have sent the link to someone who may be interested in joining us and would find the Saturday Slowies just their pace at this stage.
