Good article - the C.O.N.I Manual was easy enough to find http://www.sandcreeksports.com/coni.htm - looks like some interesting weekend reading!

Great article. Thanks for posting it Jo.

Riding through the crest of a hill, not throwing your bike back and following the wheel in front were all drilled in to me when I rode in Canberra with the Bilby's Triathlon Club. The cycling coach was a very road cyclist who raced Masters.
