Anyone have any experience of wrist/forearm pain from mountain biking and can recommend a good physio? V sore after riding on the weekend - did Hornsby MTB trail and although had a small crash think its not that...something to do with grip...

Although the do more bike-fit, the physio's at Body Mechanic in Kirribilli are excellent and know a lot about the specifics of cycling injuries. Could at least be worth a chat?

I can highly recommend Nelson Santos who fixed up my neck niggle after only two sessions. He's very thorough, a cyclist himself and also a nice fella.

Very reasonable rates and sessions are eligible for private health care rebates.

I know that others in the club have visited him too - and he's a club member.

You can find him at:
1/82-86 New Canterbury Rd Petersham NSW 2049

I can recommend Nelson also, as can several others in the club.
