Alex Simmons has released a blog about power meters, and though (as he admits) he does sell two brands of them, he still puts out a pretty good read on them all. I am interested in these new ones in the pedals that will eventually be able to measure the difference in power between your different legs. But yeah, check it out people.

Yeh the pedals look interesting.

Cleats: Doesn't state if the cleat is Keo or Delta, not that important but the pedal manufacturer makes both. The Garmin site doesn't state either (unless it buried somewhere), which is fair enough as most avoid mentioning other manufacturers on their sites.

Compatibility: Works with all modern Garmin's from 500 onwards and upwards, so for most of us we don't need to purchase a new computer.

Alex has done a pretty good job there. Perhaps missing is the one that measures forward wind force, forget the brand.

I think your referring to the ibike Mike. Technically it's not really a power meter by definition, but is still an interesting concept. If mostly useless in this application.

In regards to the garmin vector it's for Look Keo only. Deltas are far too old to be worth their while developing for.
