Those picking on on Thursday, why not do the roller/mag trainer session with Lindsay at 7pm, just bring a bike. There's showers too, so you can clean up before trying on your new jersey.

Sure, Trouty, I'm going to be in the area so will swing by and pick it all up then.
Thanks Karzie, you're a legend I will arrange to get it at your house over the weekend.

Thankyou again so much for steadfast support and organisation of the orders by Weiyun. Its appreciated by all at the club. Also to Michael C who has been so instrumental in distribution of these in the past, and with handling old stock, specials etc. Thanks guys. I'm not sure everyone realises the time and commitment which has gone into this by these two guys and some others. Its a very time consuming, and often thankless task. :D :D :D :

I've just had a very evil thought.  Wouldn't it be funny to have the third pickup at the top of Artillery Hill Sunday week at 8.00am. (now I'm only joking everyone).

Used my gilet this morning - works great. Thanks again to all involved for organising another successful clothing order.

You are asking for it.

Should we make the next pick up at Stanwell Top, next to the ice cream van. Then you can put it on and carry it all the back to Marrickville... Just for you! ;)

Not sure at this stage as I may be occupied Mon given the long weekend and won't have the time to drive down to the Velodrome. Will announce the next distribution session (possibly last) once I know my time availability next week and it may be worthwhile to ask someone nearby to collect it for you. Otherwise I am keen to clear as much as possible over these sessions so that we don't burden any particular individual with the workload.

Any preference other than Mon? I'm happy to drive over once more but really would like to see the remaining 45% of the pre-orders picked up.

Ok. I'll be taking the stock down to Mick Mazza at the 5:45am start of the Adventure Ride in the morning (car around the corner in Despointes St). Pls show up 5mins early if you want to pick up your pre-order. The windvest surely will be useful for the descent of Waterfall hill. Thanks.

Dear all,

Thank you for your involvement in this round of pre-order. We are now down to 7 people who haven't picked up their item/s. Please PM/email myself or Mikesbytes to arrange ASAP.

For others, please check again that you are happy with your item and provide any feedback. Before we open our club stock for general sale, we want to ensure all those who have pre-ordered have had the option to swap for size as needed (with tags and original packaging).

Hi Weiyun,

I didn't put in a pre-order, but if an L comes up in the club stock I'd love to get my hands on it.

Cheers,

Tim

Hi Tim,

Please follow our other thread where general sale will be announced in the next week or so. We have to sort out all our prepaid orders first and then open the club stock for general sale. At that time it'll be first come first serve and we unfortunately don't have the capacity to take pre-orders at this time.
http://dhbc.org.au/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1632

As it stands, our club stock of windvests are limited and size distribution is somewhat uneven due to exchanges by prepaid buyers. The good news is we'll have plenty of jerseys.

Cheers,

This is the final call before we open our club stock for general sale. For those few who still have not picked up your prepaid item/s, further delay may mean you won't have the opportunity to swap sizes.

Contact Mikesbytes or myself ASAP. Thanks.

Ian, please order through the other thread. This thread is pretty much ended as it was specifically for custom orders.

Hi Chocko. Your order has been reserved. See the header post in the other thread and you'll notice your name have been entered. We will have to wait for payment confirmation before product release. Thanks for your patience.

Further, I'll close this thread as it seemed to be inducing some confusion for some. All new orders are to be entered in the other thread and read the header post for detailed instruction.

Yes, most don't have to manage this kind of threads. Can delete but can't lock... Oh well.
