After struggling to hold onto John when he dropped the hammer today, I don't think I'm tough enough for this challenge

I'm doing Presidents Cup and Sunday track racing... I would consider doing RNP on Sunday morning just to show how tough I am but it depends what happens on Saturday night. I nearly died trying to climb hills last Sunday after racing.

I'm doing an alternative triple on Sunday:

* Close friends christmas party (20 kids in a park)
* Santa photos at David Jones
* Kids version of Handel's Messiah at the Opera House

I think flogging myself in three bike races would be less work.

Mark L and I successfully completed the triple. Tim LLL would of, but his dash to Cronulla was killed by mechanicals.

Feeling a bit ordinary this morning, definitely a rest day

Yey, l survived!!!
Initially l thought this was a crazy idea, Sunday morning l still thought it was crazy but by the afternoon had pulled through much, much better than l had anticipated :D :D
l did a PB of 13.2 for the flying 200 :D :D :D and did some good racing despite a slow speed slip on the bank.
l'm now really glad l did the challenge and am sure it will toughen me up
Thanks Mike for enticing me to do the tripple challenge, if you never go, you never know :)
Today and tomorrow will sure be rest days for me.
