North Ride - Good Friday 2/4/10

Amy and l are riding north tomorrow to Church Point and Akuna Bay. The route will be an anticlockwise loop - SHB, Spit Bridge, Pittwater rd to Mona Vale, Churh Pt, West Head ??, Akuna Bay, Terry Hills, Forestway, Wakehurst Pkwy, Spit Bridge, SHB.

It will be a solid pace with a few hills no smashing ourselves, so a fast middies pace with regrouping at the top of hills.

Leaving MM at 6:30
Distance ~110k, (~140k including Weast Head)
Finish ~2pm, (3pm or so, including West Head)
