No riding on the track in the rain - it is usually an indoor roller session. Depending on the turnout (generally only the dedicated few when raining) there are limited rollers and trainers available, so bring your own if you have them.

we dont ride in the rain, but if you turn up, there will be people tere, and the training will be harder than you normally do. Especially if you come on a monday night, and bring a heart rate monitor. The wet weather heart rates that we do, are enough to keep you in A grade at RAW! they train you to keep up in a bunch, you need other training for catching gaps etc though so dont let any gaps form and only sit on wheels if you want to only train heart rates
