I was trawling for a kids track bike but they seem hard to come by.

I was trawling for a kids track bike but they seem hard to come by.

They do come up but are hard to spot. I looked for about 6 months for one for myself and found perhaps 5 or 6 along the way, just not quite what I was looking for. The ones that do come up are mostly hillbricks. Often they want you to buy the bike, the helmet, the shoes and a set of steaknives plus other stuff they have found in their garage.

But they are out there.

In fact, there is one here. I was interested in this a couple of months ago and procrastinated. He advertised it twice at $450 but has now relisted it and reduced it to $400 - just a frame and forks.

Im wondering about that colognago for a new fixie, is it a fake though? he hasnt showed any close ups of the little imprints.

thanks for the spot; but probably a different purpose and budget.
It's for my son and at $400 for a frame that means I'll need add track wheelset, handlebars, seat, cranks, chain, pedals which I have limited ideas about, and if I did, then wouldn't something like this : http://cgi.ebay.com.au/fixie-track-fixe ... 415280063d
for $200 delivered would make more sense considering he'll probably grow out of it in a while.
