Changing gears...

I asked this in the track forum, but thought I'd put it here in case more people read it...

I need to change my rear gear, but I think they are on too tight and I can't get them
off. I have no idea what to do! The sprint is on tomorrow and dunc gray so I need to
do it tonight!?!??! Suggestions!?
