I'm getting some rest commencing Aussie day when I jump the ditch, so the opportunity to get a training ride in on the Sunday.
I'm open to suggestions on route, start time, feeds etc. Off the top of my head;
Stage 1. Marrickville -> RNP -> Wollongong -> breakfast
Stage 2. Robinsons pass -> pie -> Borwal -> lunch? or if early enough lunch just past Picton if we do stage 3.
Option to catch the train if done enough
Stage 3. Ride home, either on the motorways or via the back road route we used on the fixie century
This is not a sanctioned ride (unless we want to make it the Non-Fixie Century )
Start List

I was trying to get to the top before I ran out of water and failed. At the Pie shop I drank 2 bottles of water before I went and got a coke.
None the less it was a great training session, Jonathon did well in the challenging circumstances

Well I've had a weeks rest since this ride and its being great but tomorrow the action recommences, ending my annual fitness holiday.
One incident benefit of riding to roads less commonly traveled was bumping into people you normally don't see. At the end of sea cliff bridge I came upon a rider who was dam hard to gap to, when we got there it was Danny Hennsely. Danny was abusing cars that overtook in ways that he disapproved of. Anyway once Danny figured out who I was he gave me the low down on all the things I did wrong in the Points Race at the 2014 Australian Master Track Championships in Melbourne. He new what I did in that race better than I did
