Canterbury Council is having a photo-shoot at Croydon Park / Brighton Ave / CooksRiver Cycleway today (19/Mar) at 3pm.
BikeSouthWest : Sue Arlett will be there but it's short notice. If you are in the vicinity please feel free join in


This is preparation for community consultation night for the new Bike Plan for City of Canterbury on 25 March 2015 at about 6.30pm (details forthcoming)

Good afternoon,
I would like thank everyone who has posted their comments and ideas about how we can improve pedestrian and cycling infrastructure in Canterbury. We look forward to developing a Bike Plan that will increase the number of commuter and recreational trips made by active travel modes and to provide a clear strategic direction for the development of cycling in Canterbury in the future.

Your feedback provided on this forum will be sent to GTA consultants who are helping Council develop the Bike Plan.

I also encourage you to attend the community workshop being help on Wednesday, March 25th, 6:00- 8:30pm at 137 Beamish Street, Campsie, 2194.
